1. Participating cars must be approved by race officials and race inspectors prior to activation in the event.
2. All cars must be of the same manufacturer (PROMO KARTS) and be of equal speed capability and horsepower.
3. ABSOLUTLEY NO PERFORMANCE ENHANCEMENTS OR IMPROVEMENTS TO THE ORIGINAL MANUFACTURER SPECIFICATIONS FOR ENGINES IS PERMITTED. PERMISSIBLE MODIFICATIONS ARE REGULATED AND ARE IN THE INTEREST OF SAFETY. UPON DISCOVERY OF ANY ENGINE OR PERFORMANCE ENHANCING MODIFICATIONS, IMMEDIATE DISQUALIFICATION FROM THE EVENT WILL OCCUR.

5. Factory replacement parts are the only parts allowed to replace any part not shown above.
6. Teams are encouraged to purchase spare parts from Mo Vaquera at SkyWest and bring them to the race. Past experience has shown the following items to be high usage by race teams: FRONT WHEEL NUTS * FRONT WHEEL BEARINGS * FRONT WHEEL ASSEMBLY (with tire). Race officials will have limited spare parts available for purchase on site. We will do everything possible to ensure you do not fallout of the race due to lack of parts, but all situations cannot be anticipated.
7. Car Engine governor setting must not be adjusted after inspection by race technicians. Technicians will set racecar engines at a predetermined RPM setting. Typically, this setting will be between 3800 and 4000 RPM. All cars will be set the same. Any change in setting by team members will result in immediate disqualification. During technical inspection, ONE team member may be present and will be escorted by race officials at all times during the inspection process. Any questions or challenges about race technician ruling will be directed to the Chief Technical Inspector. AT NO TIME WILL TEAM MEMBERS ARGUE OR CHALLENGE TECHNICAL TEAM MEMBERS. The Chief Technical Inspector has complete authority for disqualification or penalty rulings. Please remember these are volunteers and the event is for charity, not for pole position at the Indy 500!
