Shipping your Car (Return and New Sponsors):  IMPORTANT CHANGES - READ BELOW

Cars will be delivered and waiting for your arrival at the practice site Thursday morning.

Before the race
Shipment of cars will begin March 1, 2012 with delivery scheduled on or after March 7th, 2012.  The last day for car delivery is March 22nd, 2012.  Storage provided by Old Dominion Freight Line will be available March 7th through April 1st.

Cars Must Be Well Crated to Prevent Possible Damage!

*You must confirm the return shipment when you schedule the pre-race delivery. 

Race teams are responsible for shipping their own supplies.  
Capital Freight Management will provide storage for shipped cars and delivery of cars to the practice race and race day. Cars will be delivered to the practice site Thursday morning.

Return Shipment of Cars:
Capital Freight Management will contact you to arrange shipment details. A truck will be on site after the race to load cars that are being shipped via Capital Freight Management.

  • Capital Freight Management will have a laptop and printer onsite for any last minute Bill of Ladings that need to be printed after the race. 
  • Teams will need to securely seal their crates and make sure there is Permanent Marking on the crate to identify the team should the Bill of Lading become detached from the crate.
  • Teams must DRAIN ALL FUEL AND OIL prior to shipping.

Storage:
Cars can be stored right in St. George for St. George for $225.00 per 12 months. Also available for an additional $50.00 per 12 months is a 50 gallon tote (with wheels and handle) to store tools, helmets, etc. The cars must not be in a crate, have the roll bar removed and secured to the car. Small items may be stored  within  the car. The cars will be stacked on a rack system for easy  access.

Returning Car Sponsors/New Car Sponsors:
Please order your spare parts directly from Mo Vaquera. There will be spare parts available during the event from the Tech Team.

Note to all teams:
Race teams MUST purchase either the "Official Race Car Sponsor" or the  "Returning Race Car Sponsor" through this Web site to participate in the Mini Indy Race event. Teams that participated in the Mini Indy previously may re-enter their old car by selecting the Returning Race Car Sponsorship.

Car Numbers.
Car numbers must be displayed on both sides of the rear wing and the center of the front body cone, in contrasting colors, no less than 5” tall. Contact Paul Kolbenschlag for your number assignment.

Company Logos:
If purchasing a First Time Race Car Sponsorship, Indy Level Sponsorship, Daytona Level Sponsorship or Winston Level Sponsorship your company logo is required in digital format for signage. If you supplied a logo for a prior Mini Indy Race we have it on file and do not require submission.

All online transactions are completed on a secure web server. Your browser will be directed to a secure "https" website. After you enter your registration information, look for the lock icon at the bottom of your window.
