We prefer the use of the online credit card option for transactions but paper checks and PO#'s are acceptable.
If payment is to be made by check or PO# please print off our
registration form
and mail it in. Make all checks payable to "The United Way Dixie". The online registration is for Visa and Mastercard only.

Shipping your Car (Return and New Sponsors): IMPORTANT CHANGES - READ BELOW
It is highly recommeneded that cars for the Mini Indy be shipped via BGI to the following address:

Race teams are responsible for shipping their own supplies.
On March 1, 2009, BGI will be providing storage as well as delivery of cars to and from the practice race and race day. Access to cars before that will be available if needed.
You can complete all the paperwork neccessary to streamline the shipment of your vehicle before and after Mini Indy.
On race day a few trucks will be on site after the event to ship cars out as BOL's will already be done for those shipping their car home.
DRAIN ALL FUEL AND OIL prior to shipping.
Returning Car Sponsors/New Car Sponsors:
Teams wanting a new body and/or spoiler may contact Promotional Karts at (888) 527-7787. The bodies are $400 each, spoilers $100, plus shipping.

Note to all teams:
Race teams MUST purchase either the "Official Race Car Sponsor" or the "Returning Race Car Sponsor" through this
web site to participate in the Mini Indy Race event. Teams that participated in the Mini Indy previously may re-enter their old car by selecting
the Returning Race Car Sponsorship.
Company Logos:
If purchasing a First Time Race Car Sponsorship, Indy Level Sponsorship, Daytona Level Sponsorship or Winston Level
Sponsorship your company logo is required in digital format for signage. If you supplied a logo for a prior Mini Indy Race we have it on file
and do not require submission.

All online transactions are completed on a secure web server.
